The Community Affairs Committee
About the Committee
This committee addresses how we can better assist our community, especially in the areas of workforce development, mentoring and commercial real estate development.
When They Meet
This committee meets on the first Wednesday of the month from 11:45 AM - 1:00 PM at The Projects Group.

The Government Affairs Committee
About the Committee
The Government Affairs Committee interfaces with the city and county to help create better rules and regulations related to the development of Tarrant County.
The Committee works closely with the REC PAC Board, conducts candidate interviews and makes recommendations for local elections.
When They Meet
This committee meets on the third Tuesday of the month from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM at Dunaway Associates.

The Membership Committee
About the Committee
The Membership Committee helps with renewals, plans the monthly Member Get-Togethers, recruits new members, and supports current REC members as they integrate into the council. Committee members also attend the monthly Get-Togethers and welcome new members at events.
When They Meet
This committee meets once a month on the third Thursday of the month at 8:30 AM at Branch and Bean.

The Political Action Committee
About the Committee
The PAC Committee works to do two things -- raise funds for the REC of GFW PAC to use to support candidates and issues and interview candidates for various elected positions in Fort Worth, Arlington and Tarrant County.

The Programs Planning Committee
About the Committee
The Programs Committee plans and implements a wide range of programs that REC hosts during the year.
Programs are often based around other issues REC is supporting.
When They Meet
This committee meets on the second Monday of the month from 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM at various locations.

About the Committee
This committee plans unique programs and events that are of special interest to our Young Leaders.
Events include the Mentoring Series, the Dodgeball Tournament, the Panther Den Competition and The Breakfast Club.
Members of this committee must be Young Leaders or past chairs.
When They Meet
This committee meets on the third Thursday of the month from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM at various offices.

REC BOLD: Building Our Leaders in Development Planning Committee
About the Committee
The REC BOLD Committee plans our Leadership Program - Building Our Leaders in Development.
The program runs from January to November, with a summer break.

About the Committee
This committee plans and runs the annual Real Estate Forecast, finding speakers and sponsors, and carrying out all aspects of the Forecast. This event happens in January.
