This committee addresses how we can better assist our community, especially in the areas of diversity, equity and inclusion, workforce development, mentoring, and commercial real estate development.

This committee Interfaces with the city and county to help create better rules and regulations related to the development of Tarrant County.
Committee members work closely with the REC PAC Board, conduct candidate interviews, and make recommendations for local elections.

The Membership Committee plans the Member Get Togethers, recruits new members, and helps current REC members integrate into the council.
Committee members also help to welcome new members at events.

The PAC Committee works to do two things -- raise funds for the REC of GFW PAC to use to support candidates and issues and interview candidates for various elected positions in Fort Worth, Arlington and Tarrant County.

The Programs Committee plans and implements the wide range of programs that REC hosts during the year.

This committee plans unique programs and events which will be of special interest to our Young Leaders.

Events include the Mentor Series, the Dodgeball Tournament, the Panther Den Competition, and The Breakfast Club.

This committee plans and runs the Annual Meeting held in the spring of each year.

This committee plans and runs the Cowtown Poker Run, one of our largest fundraisers.

This committee plans and executes the annual Real Estate Forecast. This includes finding speakers and sponsors, and carrying out all aspects of the Forecast event.

This committee plans and runs the Scott Walker Memorial Golf Tournament, which happens at the beginning of May each year.
