REC of GFW presented ten recommendations to the City of Fort Worth in 2022/2023, aiming to enhance the local development process. We conducted a follow-up survey among developers and city staff to assess the city's progress in implementing these recommendations.
REC of GFW conducted surveys in 2019 and September 2022, collaborating with the City of Fort Worth to evaluate the development process. Our surveys compared Fort Worth's process to other cities, identified improvements and highlighted current challenges.
REC of GFW conducts bi-annual polls of Fort Worth voters to gather citizen input, shaping our influence on future development. Sharing results with members, community leaders, and policymakers, these surveys inform projects and programs, guiding the Government Affairs Committee's work.
