Addressing Community Challenges
How we address community challenges
The Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth actively engages with the community to tackle various challenges and promote business growth.

Our dedicated Community Affairs Committee plays a crucial role in addressing equity in real estate development and workforce enhancement. By focusing on key areas such as diversity, inclusion, workforce development, mentoring, and commercial real estate, we strive to better serve our community.
About the Committee

The Community Affairs Committee is chaired by Jeff Postell - The Post L Group.

The committee meets monthly on the last Tuesday of the month at 4:30 PM at various locations.

If you are interested in getting involved with this committee, please contact Karen Vermaire Fox.
Current Initiatives
The Community Affairs Committee is working with Building Pathways - an organization dedicated to increasing the construction industry retention rate through career development and personal growth development. The Community Affairs Committee will focus on educating youth and small developers on how to do commercial real estate development and supporting the construction workforce.
