What Are Breakfast Clubs?
The YLC Breakfast Clubs are small, consistent networking groups that meet monthly from September 2026 to May 2027. Each group is made up of 8–12 young professionals from diverse disciplines across real estate—development, banking, law, engineering, construction, and more.
How Breakfast Clubs Work
Monthly Meetings:Â Your group meets once a month over breakfast.
Small, Consistent Groups:Â Get to know your peers on a deeper level over time.
Led by Peers:Â Each group has a designated leader to organize the schedule and guide discussions.
Diverse Perspectives:Â We intentionally form groups with professional diversity in mind.
Member-Only Program:Â Open to REC of GFW Young Leaders members.

The YLC Breakfast Clubs Sub-Committee
This is a Young Leader Steering Committee Sub-Committee that helps plan The YLC Breakfast Club. Breakfast Clubs are put together in September and run through May each year. Members are put in groups of 8-12 young leaders of diverse industry background. Groups meet monthly.
