Are you a young professional in commercial real estate looking to grow your network and your career? The REC of GFW Young Leaders Council invites you to join the YLC Breakfast Clubs, a FREE members-only program built around one thing: real relationships across the industry.

What Are Breakfast Clubs?

The YLC Breakfast Clubs are small, consistent networking groups that meet monthly from September 2026 through May 2027. Each group brings together 8–12 young professionals from across the industry, spanning development, banking, law, engineering, construction and more.

How Breakfast Clubs Work

Register, then get grouped.

Groups go out September 14.

From there, your Club Leader takes over and sets the schedule, time and place for each breakfast.

Small, consistent groups.

The same 8–12 people, month after month, so relationships actually build instead of resetting every time.

Led by peers.

Each group has a designated Club Leader who organizes the schedule and keeps the conversation going.

Professional diversity by design.

We build groups intentionally so you're meeting people outside your usual circle.

Member-only. Open to REC of GFW Young Leaders members.

Our hope is that, by deepening connections with a small, consistent group, that you can build a robust support network that can lead to collaborative projects, mentorship, and career advancement.
