On January 22, more than 600 commercial real estate professionals gathered at Texas Christian University for the 2026 Tarrant County Commercial Real Estate Forecast, presented by the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth.
Held at Texas Christian University’s Brown Lupton University Union, the Forecast once again served as the premier kickoff to the year for the Fort Worth commercial real estate community. Attendees heard timely insights on capital markets, construction, housing, industrial, office, opportunity zones and an emerging conversation on how film and creative industries are influencing development and place-making across North Texas.
With rapid-fire presentations and a forward-looking panel discussion, the 2026 Forecast delivered practical takeaways and data-driven perspectives to help professionals navigate the year ahead.
