The City of Fort Worth has invested over $30 million into the area's infrastructure, redevelopment, and planning efforts since the late 1990s. The City of Fort Worth is ready to move forward with a new master developer to make the community's vision a reality – developing several parcels of city-owned land to reactivate the commercial corridor on Evans Avenue, while also honoring and celebrating the historic legacy of the surrounding neighborhood.
