The second Development 101 Workshop will focus on Zoning, Infrastructure, and Permitting/Inspections in the Fort Worth Development Process.
There will be 3 different Concurrent Sessions during this event:

Board of Adjustments
Infrastructure
Platting
IPRC
Contracts
Grading
Permits/Inspections
Plan Submittal & Review
Land Use and Multifamily Review
Water Applications
Backflow
Inspections
Consumer Health
Due to limited seating, we will ask all registrants to give us their first and second choice of sessions. All three sessions will be recorded, and all attendees will receive a copy of the three sessions.
The Development 101 Workshop is co-hosted by The City of Fort Worth, The Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, The Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce, The Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber, and The Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce.
