Thirty-two teams from the commercial real estate industry will go head-to-head, all for a great cause: raising funds for Building Pathways.

At the heart of this fun-filled day is an organization with a mission to empower individuals facing challenges in the construction industry. Building Pathways is more than just a career development program—it’s a lifeline for those seeking second chances, personal growth, and stability in their lives. Through their innovative Pathway Growth Program, Building Pathways offers participants the tools, mentorship, and encouragement they need to thrive.
The program takes participants through four phases over the course of 12 months, providing them with essential skills, training, and opportunities for real, lasting success in the construction industry. Whether it’s building trust, developing a career plan, or landing that dream apprenticeship, Building Pathways is there every step of the way. And it all culminates in a graduation ceremony that celebrates the hard work and resilience of its participants.
