Where is the event located?
Texas Christian University’s Brown-Lupton University Union
2901 Stadium Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76129
Where can I park?
Valet Parking will be available in front of the BLUU, just off Stadium.
Parking is also available at the Visitor Lot at Kelly Alumni & Visitor Center (2820 Stadium Dr) and the Frog Alley Parking Garage (3417 W Cantey St). The Visitor Lot fills early, so please plan to arrive on time and use the Visitors Entrance when entering the garage.
What is the dress code?
Business attire is recommended.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets are transferable. Please contact Abby@recouncilgfw.com to update attendee details before January 20, 2026.
What if there’s inclement weather?
If Fort Worth ISD cancels classes due to inclement weather, the Forecast will be canceled. Because of prepaid expenses required to produce the event, no refunds will be issued if you cannot attend or if cancellation occurs.
Will food and beverages be provided?
A light breakfast and coffee will be served during registration and networking.
