This annual competition provides a unique opportunity for young commercial real estate professionals to demonstrate their urban design and development skills.
Panther Den participants work on a real-world site, using problem-solving skills to create a development charette with a team of peers.
But the Panther Den is more than just a competition. It allows participants to learn new skills, improve existing ones, and gain valuable experience to advance their careers in the CRE industry.
Moreover, the Panther Den is a fantastic and unique networking opportunity. Participants collaborate with peers from all over the commercial real estate industry, making connections that will serve them for the rest of their careers.
