Secret Santa initiative dedicated to supporting grandparents who have stepped in to raise their grandchildren due to various challenging circumstances. While our non-profit is best known for its work to make Juneteenth a national holiday with Dr. Opal Lee, we have several programs that support freedom for a better quality of life. Our mission is to ensure that these children, who may be facing difficult transitions, experience the joy and warmth of the holiday season. We prioritize providing essential items such as nice warm coats, shoes, several pairs of clothes, and toys to enhance their Christmas experience.

Space Requirements
Please find our requirements for what we feel is needed to accomplish our plans in a single facility that would keep us from having to transport the wrapped boxes as we have done in the past.

November 1 - December 13:Â Approximately 2200 sq ft - independently accessible secure facility for storage, sorting & wrapping of gifts. Most activity for this timeframe will happen between 11am - 8pm.
December 13 - 14: Approximately 3400 sq ft Space to be transformed into a Winter Wonderland for Gift distribution event. We will decorate on 12/13 and the main event will be 8am - 6pm on 12/14.
November 15 - December 31: Approximately 2200 sq ft - independently accessible secure facility for storage of the wrapped gifts that were not able to be picked up so that we provide a make up day. Unclaimed gifts are then unwrapped, sorted and packaged to deliver to other charities and shelters before the end of the year.  Most activity for this timeframe will happen between 11am - 8pm.
Ideally both spaces will be located on the same property or even the same room
