What is the Mentoring Series? During the four luncheons, community leaders share stories of their experiences throughout their career. Young Leaders network with the mentors and each other. Plus, they have the opportunity to get their questions answered by some of the best in the commercial real estate industry in greater Fort Worth!
We Want Young Leaders at the Mentoring Series! The YLC Mentoring Series is designed for Young Leaders and consists of four luncheons during the fall months and a one-on-one mentoring partnership. We need participants, sponsors, and mentors!
What are one-on-one Mentor Partnerships? Each attendee in the Mentoring Series has the option to be paired up with a member of REC of GFW, who serves as their mentor during the series. Mentors and Young Leaders get together four times during the series, and we will provide suggested discussion questions.
Some important things to note: The Kick-Off will be August 12th at Pinstripes where you will get to meet your Mentor! We will be sending out a Bio Book to those who register to help facilitate choosing mentors. This Bio Book will also provide information on speakers for each luncheon All luncheons are held at Pinstripes form 11:30 AM - 1 PM.
