Join the commercial real estate community for one of Fort Worth’s most anticipated spring traditions — a day on the course designed for meaningful connections, friendly competition and a great time with industry peers.
Hosted by the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, the Scott Walker Memorial Golf Tournament brings together leaders from across development, brokerage, engineering, construction and professional services for an elevated but approachable networking experience.
This tournament isn’t about perfect swings or scorecards. It’s about conversations that turn into relationships, relationships that turn into deals and a shared appreciation for the people who shape Greater Fort Worth.
TOURNAMENT DETAILS & EXPERIENCE
Check-In Begins: 9:00 AM
Shotgun Start: 10:30 AM
Tournament Format: Scramble
Post-Tournament Reception & Playoff: Immediately following play
Your day on the course includes:
Access to the driving range and putting green
Fun food and drinks throughout the course
On-course contests and games
Opportunities to purchase mulligans and raffle tickets
Cocktails and appetizers at the post-tournament reception
Awards, prizes and a celebratory finish to the day
A special playoff during the reception will determine the overall tournament champion, giving everyone a chance to watch the final moments unfold together.
Each player on your team also recieves a bottle of Whiskey that can be picked up by your Team Captain at our Member Get Together on May 7 at TX Whiskey Ranch.

As we diligently plan for this event, certain expenses need to be secured in advance.
In the unfortunate circumstance that the tournament cannot be held on either the scheduled date or the rain date, we will be unable to offer a refund due to the financial commitments already made.

HONORING SCOTT WALKER
This tournament is dedicated to the memory of Scott Walker, a founding board member of REC of GFW. His legacy of servant leadership, integrity, and dedication to Fort Worth’s growth continues to inspire us.
Scott was a standout TCU football player, an Academic All-American, and a brilliant business mind. His passion for real estate development helped shape Southwest Fort Worth, and we honor him each year through this event.
