Call for 2023 Panther Den Urban Design Competition Sites
The 2023 Panther Den Design Competition isn't scheduled until February 2023, but the committee is beginning to look into sites to serve as the competition material.
The goal is to help young real estate professionals in the greater Fort Worth area learn about the development process while promoting innovative concepts for difficult and unique sites in Tarrant County. At the Panther Den Design Competition, young leaders will be placed in a group of fellow young professionals and collaborate on the best way to redevelop a site.
The Panther Den is an Urban Design Competition created by the Young Leaders Council of The Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth. Participants must be under the age of 35 to participate in the competition and must either be a member of the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth or chosen by a sponsoring company to participate.
