Michelle Green Ford has executive leadership and business ownership experience that equips her to produce superior results for the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce. She is a native of Fort Worth, Texas, and has a passion for helping business owners reach higher goals. She recently served as Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer for JPS Health Network which is comprised of more than 7000 employees. As a result of Michell's leadership, her department increased spending dollars with small, minority, veteran, and women-owned businesses. She improved access to vendor registration and provided vendor education seminars. She did an outstanding job working with the community supporting the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce Path Forward Mentorship Program, serving on the For Worth Hispanic Chamber Board, and the US Pan Asian Chamber of Commerce Corporate Advisory Board. Her previous experience as a business owner included the following clients: DFW Airport, American Airlines, The City of Fort Worth, and Shepherd Airforce Base. Michelle is also a trained professional speaker and has addressed audiences in Puerto Rico, England, Canada, and the Dominican Republic.
