Chris Ash has spent nearly three decades helping shape the growth and success of AllianceTexas. As President of the Alliance Aviation Companies at Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport, he oversees airport ramp, fueling, and FBO operations while positioning Perot Field among the top 20 cargo hubs in the United States.
Chris also leads Hillwood’s advanced air mobility initiatives through the AllianceTexas Mobility Innovation Zone, attracting leading UAS companies, Fortune 100 firms, and research institutions. His work includes partnerships with civic, federal, and private-sector stakeholders advancing next-generation aviation technology and FAA certification efforts.

Chris McLaughlin serves as CEO of DFW International Airport, overseeing the management, operations, planning, and development of the third-busiest commercial airport in the world. DFW supports more than 600,000 jobs and generates billions in economic impact annually across North Texas.
Since joining DFW in 2021 and becoming CEO in 2025, McLaughlin has brought decades of aviation leadership experience spanning airlines, airports, and the federal government. He is known for setting strategic vision, addressing complex infrastructure challenges, and advancing innovation through collaboration with local, state, and federal partners.

Roger Venables
Aviation Director
City of Fort Worth Aviation
Roger Venables brings more than 34 years of experience in government administration. He has served the City of Fort Worth in multiple leadership roles, including Assistant Director of Property Management and Aviation Director.
Roger has played a key role in shaping Fort Worth’s infrastructure priorities, serving as Co-Chair of the City’s 2018 Bond Program Prioritization Committee and Chair of the 2022 Bond Program Prioritization Committee. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington.
