Data, Dollars, Decisions - Forecasting the Year Ahead
The Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth's annual Tarrant County Commercial Real Estate Forecast is where the numbers get a voice. Behind every development decision is a ripple effect the whole community feels. Each January, more than 600 leading professionals from across North Texas gather to talk honestly about where the market's capital is going, and why it matters well beyond the balance sheet.
This premier event delivers an in-depth review of 2026's performance and forward-looking predictions for 2027 across every major commercial sector — from capital markets to construction, retail to multifamily and industrial to office. Every one of those sectors funds something Fort Worth relies on: the tax base behind our schools and roads, the jobs behind our neighborhoods, the investment behind projects like Dickies Arena and Panther Island. This year, we're asking who's willing to make the next capital idea real.
Attendees will walk away with actionable takeaways, data-backed perspectives, and the kind of connections that turn a good idea into a funded one.
