Target agenda & sectors
Talks are rapid-fire (12 minutes + 3 minutes Q&A). We’re seeking speakers for the following blocks:

What we’re looking for

Local relevance: Tarrant County and broader DFW first, with state or national context where it matters
Real data: cite sources, show charts clearly, keep jargon tight
Balance: risks and opportunities, not just headlines
No sales pitches
Who should apply
Capital sources, economists, brokers, developers, owners, researchers, contractors, attorneys, tax experts, planners, and operators with a data-driven point of view.
